Tai Chi. Our key to a healthy life

Tai Chi is our key to a healthy life. The blend of meditative practice and physical development of muscle, joint and skeletal well being, changes energy and extends life.

Julia and I have been practising Tai Chi for many years. There is no doubt in my mind that it helped her through her terrible years of cancer, it helped me recover from stress and re-focus on beautiful and creative endeavours.

In fact I would say that Tai Chi has helped us to become more organised, focussed and determined to go into our final 30 years with great hope, vigour, optimism and strength.

We will post much more about Tai Chi, but for now let me introduce to you the form.

I filmed Julia today during our daily practice – in her wellies.
