Probiotics have had a dramatic impact on our lives because part of the healthy living life style has to be attending to diet and digestion.
Julia and I decided to get ourselves into shape for an extraordinarily active late years programme. I’m recording an album and touring next year in a band where I play frontman and that means being in shape. We knew that exercise was critical so we perfected our daily Tai Chi practice. We knew too that diet and digestion is critical to health in general and during our researches we discovered SYMPROVE and wow.
Here’s what the company says:
“Digestion involves a lot of seriously strong stomach acid, triggered by the ingestion of food. Bacteria delivered in food are exposed to these harsh acidic conditions and less likely to survive.
Symprove’s unique water-based formula is packed full of live, active bacteria. Because Symprove is water-based, it doesn’t trigger digestion. More live and active bacteria surviving passage through the stomach means a better opportunity to colonise the gut. This ability to deliver thriving bacteria is what makes Symprove so special. In an independent study at University College London* Symprove was shown to be successful in its ability to survive, thrive and colonise the gut.
University College London carried out an independent study on products containing bacteria. The study subjected each product to three tests. These assessed if the bacteria arrived in a live state, survived stomach acid transit and thrived in the target area of the gut. Symprove was able to pass all three tests. Details and references are on their website.”
We personally recommend this product as a really important part of our lifestyle……..it’s the fuel that has raised my energy levels and when I had Covid, it solved the stomach pain that accompanied the disease in my opinion.
I think that in future we will have to face the fact that Covid is here to stay and there will probably be more diseases that appear on the horizon. It’s going to be vital to really look after our immune systems and I know that Symprove will be a crucial part of my toolkit.
Take care guys.
